Find your why....

I fell in love with taking care of myself after my world was flipped upside down; soul, mind, body. I took my first barre class 7 years ago, it sparked a fire within me- a fire that the little girl inside of me had forgotten ever existed.

Growing up as a dancer, continued through my high school career, never would I have thought that very same passion would be what drives me to speak truth in my current classes and loves today.

A truth I was seeking for in every workout, gym, or group fitness class I found myself partaking in. Unfortunately the fitness scene/industry was everything but that. Which is why I wanted to create a safe space, a space for every heart, every body, and every stage of life- a community where you come as you are, and immediately feel as though you belong.
